Job Title: CDL Driver for Short Haul Routes 

Location: East Texas 

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, and as needed

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dedicated CDL drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. Additionally, we require drivers with two years of expertise in Oil & Gas field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport goods to designated locations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, adhering to schedules and deadlines.

  • Handle and transport sensitive and urgent deliveries with precision and care.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks, delivery receipts, and vehicle maintenance reports.

  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures, especially when handling hazardous materials in the Oil & Gas sector.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of OTR experience, and/or Oil & Gas field, pneumatic sand hauling experience

  • Clean driving record with no major violations.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Physical ability to load and unload cargo, and handle long hours of driving.

  • Experience with hazardous materials (HAZMAT) endorsement is a plus.
